I always stay at this hotel when I visit. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay, so I remember them well. It suits me perfectly, with everything I need: Wi-Fi, valet parking, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. Perfect for my business trips.

Helpful - quick and efficient check-in. Nice design and quality for money.
Menu in restaurant a bit limited, but food is very good.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Staff are also friendly too.
Location was a bit far from the main shopping area.

We recently stayed at Buri Sriphu Hotel & Convention Centre and had an excellent experience. the room was very comfortable with all the amenities we expected from a 5-star hotel. When we requested an extra bed, it was promptly delivered to our room. the staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always helpful and smiling. We particularly enjoyed the well-kept small garden on the property. Safety is always a top priority for us, and we hope it remains that way forever. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 👌.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The hotel was in a quiet location and had a good fruit selection, especially pineapple.
Cannot find any fault.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic bathroom. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us with any queries we had. The location of this place is superb, with the Asean Night Market just a stone's throw away for all your shopping needs. And if you're a food lover, there's a floating market nearby that offers delicious Malaysian and Singaporean cuisine. The breakfast buffet was to die for, with a wide variety of delectable dishes to choose from. our experience here was top-notch and we highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of comfort and quality service.
There were a few minor issues during our stay, such as a temporary WiFi problem. However, the hotel staff quickly resolved it and even offered us a complimentary meal as an apology, which turned out to be excellent.

Location was highly convenient as main attractions were few minutes away. The staffs were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my New Year stay. Breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable.
The slow check-in process took a little bit longer than expected, which could have been improved with better trained front desk staff. The coffee could have been better and more flavor, didn't meet my expectations.

We stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located near a few malls and night markets, making it easy to do some shopping and enjoy local food. the room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom and good service from the staff. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western dishes, and the pool was a nice added touch.
There was one aspect of the hotel that was disappointing, though.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
